Irrigation & Lawn Rejuvenation

For this project, the homeowner wanted a healthier, more reliable lawn system that would thrive long-term. We started by installing a custom 6-zone Rain Bird irrigation system, ensuring precise coverage, consistent pressure, and dependable performance using industry-leading components.

Once irrigation was in place, we shifted into the rejuvenation phase. Our team hauled in premium soil sourced locally from our partners at Lefebure Turf Farm, using it to regrade and level the lawn for improved drainage and a smooth, even surface.

With the foundation reset, we overseeded the entire property using high-quality grass seed also provided by Lefebure Turf Farm, guaranteeing a blend fit for the Pacific Northwest climate. To lock in moisture and support germination, we finished with a full peat moss top-coat, giving the new seed the best possible start.

The result is a fully renewed lawn system from underground irrigation to the final surface built to grow thicker, greener, and more resilient for years to come.
